How to Use This Tool

1. Enter your page topic … be specific. “Email marketing for freelancers” is better than “marketing tips”. The more detail you give, the better the suggestions.

2. Describe your audience … who’s reading this page? A freelancer searching for quick wins is different from a marketing director comparing platforms.

3. Pick a tone preset … this shapes the language. Blog posts can be conversational. B2B pages should be direct and benefit-led. Ecommerce needs to sell. Local business pages need location signals.

4. Paste your current title and meta … or leave them blank if you’re starting fresh. If you paste existing ones, the tool will show you what’s wrong and suggest improvements.

Tip: Google displays roughly 50-60 characters for titles and 150-155 characters for meta descriptions. Anything longer gets cut off with “…” which looks sloppy and wastes your best selling words.
